At Simply Southern we respect our partnerships with our trusted retailers and support the policies our retailer has in place. All items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the item was purchased in accordance with their return policies. We apologize for the inconvenience.

You can return any unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date to the below address:

Please include your order number in the return so we can refund you. Please also note that all shipping charges are nonrefundable.
All items must be returned with the original tags still attached and within the 30-day return window. If a return is received and does not meet the requirements of our return policy, it will be returned to the return address listed on the package. Return labels are issued if an item received is determined damaged or is the result of another error on our behalf. For all other returns, shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.
Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we are unable to issue any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason.
